This page is to help as you join team & get started on your DBS and Kids Church application forms!
In order to be with us on team there are 3 things which we need you to do:
1. Fill out a DBS application; to do this follow the link below, click the far left box & fill out your details. Once you have done that please bring to church 2 forms of ID (Ideally a passport & drivers license) and a current evidence of address (such as bank statement, utility bill dated within 3 months). If you have any questions about documents feel free to ask Anna Wilson or your team leader!

2. Fill out the kids team application form;

Our Kids Application is vitally important for us to have references of people who have been previous or current employers or pastoral references, we also ask you to declare, by typing your name onto the form, that to your knowledge you are fit to work with children, and if you know of any reason that you are not and do not inform Life Church, you will be removed from working with children within Life Church.

Can I join team while my DBS is processing?
Just so that you are aware, in the meantime while your DBS is processing, our safeguarding board has asked that you fill out the kids church application form (2.) including the self declaration for suitability to work with children. After we have your application form you are welcome to join us on a Sunday serving team, we ask for you not to help with toileting or first aid until we have your DBS form – this is to protect you & our kids!
